What Girls Say is a small community of no more than 12 girls who get together on a weekly basis and talk about their challenges with self-esteem and identity. It consists of sharing experiences, discussing tools, engaging in activities to develop friendship and develop areas of growth. It is led by a therapist, but will include additional guest speakers that may or may not have a therapeutic background. The group should not be considered a therapeutic substitute but can act as an addendum to therapy if you struggle with depression, anxiety or another mental health challenge.
